This policy covers this marketing website for Rivelo. It does not cover the Rivelo payment product itself, which has its own privacy policy for how merchant and customer payment data is handled.
We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how visitors use this site. Umami does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other sites. It collects aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites, device type, and general location based on IP address, then discards the IP address.
For a sample of visits, we also record on-screen activity, such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, to see where visitors run into trouble. Text in form fields and other sensitive content is masked in these recordings, and each one is limited to a short window of time and deleted after that.
If you submit a form on this site to request a demo or contact our team, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, and company name, so we can respond.
We don’t use tracking cookies. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share form submissions with third parties except the tools we use to run our business, such as email delivery.
Since this site doesn’t use cookies, there’s nothing to opt out of here. If you’d like us to delete information you’ve submitted through a form, contact us at privacy@gorivelo.com.
